Services Provided: The Spa offers a range of wellness and medical services including but not limited to spa treatments, medical spa services, cosmetic procedures, and consultations. All services are provided by licensed professionals.
Appointment Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. All appointments are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. However, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Medical Disclaimer: While our services may offer health benefits, it’s important to note that they are not intended to replace medical advice or treatment. Clients with medical conditions or concerns should consult with their physician before undergoing any spa or wellness treatments.
Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information and disclosing any medical conditions or allergies that may affect their treatments. Clients are also responsible for following any pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by the Spa.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are available for purchase and can be redeemed for services or products offered by the Spa. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our clients, Divine & Free Wellness & Medical Spa shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of our services or facilities.
